宇都宮のIFC （International Food Community ）大学校の調理師科の生徒さんにフルーツカービング講座を開催しました。
みなさん初めてとは思えないほどきれいな作品が勢揃い^_^‼️
素材をよく知ること、おもてなしの精神などもお話をさせて頂き、わたしの話に真剣に耳を傾けたり、目を輝かせたり、大きく頷く生徒さんがいらっしゃって、学ぼうという意欲が伝わりました😊😊
作業中も、真剣な眼差しで黙々と取り組まれ、とても熱心な姿勢に感心しました❗️
そのような様子をみて、わたしも張り切って講師がができました。
今月は数回講座が続きますが、また皆さんにカービングの魅力をたくさん伝えたいと思います^_^

fruit carving course at a cooking school😊.
I gave a fruit carving class to the culinary arts students of IFC （International Food Community ）University in Utsunomiya Japan.
I can’t believe it’s the first time for everyone to make such beautiful work ^_^️.
I told the students about the importance of knowing the ingredients well and the spirit of hospitality, and they listened intently to me, their eyes shining and nodding widely. Their eagerness to learn was evident to me😊😊.
They worked silently with serious eyes while working, and I was impressed by their enthusiastic attitude❗️.
Seeing this, I was able to teach with great enthusiasm.
I have a few more classes this month, and I hope to share the charm of carving with everyone again 😊.
